Our Silicone Rendering Process

   Preparation

   Any defects are repaired. Loose or failing render is removed. Surfaces are cleaned and any biological growth is treated. We apply a suitable primer or PVA bonding agent to optimise adhesion of the render system.

   Base Coat Application

   A reinforced base coat is applied to the prepared surface. This provides the structural layer of the render system and is reinforced with fibreglass mesh at vulnerable points such as around window and door openings to help control cracking.

   Priming
