No — exterior rendering work is carried out entirely outside your property. We do ask that windows and doors near the work area remain closed during application to prevent dust ingress, but there is no need to vacate.
K-Rend is a polymer-modified cement-based render producing a textured finish, while silicone render is a thinner, more flexible topcoat applied over a base coat. Both are excellent systems — the best choice depends on your property type, substrate and aesthetic preference. We're happy to advise after a site assessment.
